All services are non-refundable and no refund will be issued if a client decides not to use the entire the allotted time.

Cancellations:

• If contacted via email or Signal...

  • at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session start time,

    • then a *full refund will be issued.

  • less than 24 hours prior to scheduled session start time,

    • then a 50% refund will be issued.​​​

  • after the scheduled session starts,​

    • then no refund will be issued.​

​

Refunds issued per cancellation will only be sent via the payment method used.

Rescheduling:

• If contacted via email or Signal with a new **mutually-available date/time...

  • at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session start time,​

    • then the session will be rescheduled with ***no fee.​

  • less than 24 hours prior to scheduled session start time,​

    • then the session will be rescheduled with a 50% rescheduling fee.

  • after the scheduled session starts,​

    • then the client will have to book a new session from the website at full charge.​

*repeat cancellations will not be issued any refund even if 24 hours prior to scheduled start time.
